Ten years have passed since the death of serial killer Jame Gumb and the escape of Dr. Hannibal Lecter. Clarice Starling is now an FBI agent. Clarice's next task is an operation to capture a drug lab and arrest its head, Evelda Drumgo. Meanwhile, in Florence, Inspector Pazzi investigates the mysterious disappearance of the library caretaker and meets Dr. Fell, who took over the post of the missing. Soon he realizes that Fell is the most dangerous criminal Hannibal Lecter. Starling learns about Pazzi's investigation and tries to warn him that it is dangerous to joke with Hannibal Lecter. But the inspector does not listen to her and eventually dies at the hands of the Lecter. After a while, the Lecter arrives in the USA, where the hunt immediately begins for him.
