Meerkats / Сурикаты (2008)

A popular science film about the life of meerkats in the Kalahari Desert. The main character is a young meerkat named Kolo, who is particularly inquisitive and nimble among his brothers and sisters. Together with them, Kolo learns from his older brother to look for food and hide from danger while the adults go hunting. The main enemies of meerkats are the eagle, which falls from the sky like a stone on its prey, and the cobra, which can climb into holes. When there is a drought in the desert, meerkats are forced to move very far from their burrows, which also puts them in great danger.
