Northern Ireland, 1972. 8-year-old Frankie sees as killing his father. It takes 20 years and he heads a special unit, which is responsible for the deaths of a dozen British soldiers and Protestants. Soon Frank along with the fellow goes to new York to purchase weapons to combat the helicopters of the British army. Frankie finds refuge in the family of Irishman Tom who serves in the police. But the British agent manages to kill the courier, then the arms dealer begins to stalk Frankie. That becomes clear who is actually his guest. The boss orders him to support a British agent, but Tom understands that it threatens Frankie's death. He's trying to hold him, but killed his partner...
