Roger and his partner Martin unexpectedly attacked the trail of the drug mafia, run by immigrants from the South African Union. The police were able to arrest one of the scammers, who helped the mafia to launder dirty money. The main characters were tasked with guarding the petty scammer Leo Getz, a member of this very Mafia, whose representatives are covered by diplomatic immunity, as if they are working in the embassy of South Africa. During the confrontation Riggs gets acquainted with the secretary of the embassy. But their relationship is very tragically interrupted - it is being killed.
