Replicant / Репликант (2001)

The police threw all the forces in search of a serial killer who committed more than a dozen attacks on mothers with children. A merciless criminal always leaves at the scene of the crime - a burned and tortured corpse of a woman and practically absent evidence that does not allow him to get on his trail. The National Security Service comes to the aid of the police. Scientists on the instructions of the special services create a genetic duplicate of the killer - replicant, using the only maniac hair found at the scene of the crime. Specialists hope that the clone, possessing the genetic memory of the criminal, will lead them to the murderer himself. The conduct of this operation is entrusted to the police officer Jake, who has long been trying to get on the trail of the murderer.
