By 2032, the world has changed dramatically, violence and wars have disappeared. The civilization of this period is like an ideal world, but not everything is as smooth as it seems at first sight. Someone who is very influential decides to pull out one of the most dangerous criminals of the past, Simon Phoenix, from the cryo prison.
