Contract killer named Joe goes to Bangkok for the next job. On the spot he hires his assistants pocket thief Kong, which soon makes his disciple. Soon this guy manages to some extent to awaken the conscience of Joe, but not even looking at it, he performs part of his job. During the third kill, Kong tries to help Joe, however, all is not quite according to plan, so in the end Joe has to chase the client. The latest victim of Joe should become a politician, so the killer pleads for more time and money to perform this task. However, at the time Joe was not able to shoot, so now he becomes a target for the police and the mafia.
