The climatologist Ilana Green detected at the North pole, flowers and plants, as well as increased levels of carbon dioxide. Meanwhile, the radio astronomer Zane Zaminsky caught a radio signal, which has all the signs of extraterrestrial origin. He manages to find out that there is a return signal from the Ground, which comes with Mexican radio. Zane goes to Mexico, where next to the radio station detects the power station of a new type, where he meets Ilana Green, who is studying greenhouse unusual activity in the area. Zane the night goes to the power station to investigate it. There he learns that all the power station workers are actually aliens that can mimic human appearance.
