English nobleman, Robin of Locksley, with his friend, sentenced to death, Azeem, runs from the Arab captivity, where they were during the crusade. But Azeem seriously wounded and he asks Robin to take care of his sister Marian. After returning to England, Robin discovers that his father was killed, plundered the estate, and all the land captured the Sheriff of Nottingham, which is taking advantage of the absence of Richard the Lionheart, was about to seize the English throne.
