The film takes place March 21, 2023, exactly one year after the last "Judgment Night". According to the US government's decision on that day from 19 pm to 7 am, all security services will cease to exist, then all the crimes committed at that time, become legal. Shane and Liz - a young couple who goes to Los Angeles to her sister, she had to relive the worst night of the year. However, they were unable to get to the city, because their car stalled in the middle of the road. After some time, the couple hears a signal indicating the beginning of "Judgment Night", after which they immediately begin to pursue a group of looters on motorcycles. At the same time, Sergeant Leo Barnes decides to take revenge on the man at fault in the death of his son, and Eva Sanchez, with her teenage daughter, is forced to flee after their home by armed men burst. By chance, these five people are in one place and now they have to combine their efforts to live up to seven in the morning...
