Johnny Blaze once again summons his inner demon; this time to save a ten-year-old boy from the hands of the Devil himself. Taking refuge in a secluded corner of Western Europe, Johnny establishes contact with representatives of a religious sect, who are not slow to inform him that the Apocalypse is just around the corner. Blaze realizes that the only way to break the curse of the Ghost Rider is to prevent Satan's plans to inhabit the body of the boy, who, in turn, is called upon to become the last hope of humanity in the fight against the forces of Darkness.
