A group of scientists is developing the use of water as a source of inexhaustible energy. Dr. Alistair Barkley directs the project and is funded by powerful industrialist Paul Shannon. Two young students, Eddie Kasalivich and Lily Sinclair, work under Dr. Alistair. One day Eddie manages to find the right frequency to operate the hydrogen reactor. However, some time after this discovery, their boss is found dead and the lab is blown up by unknown assailants. Documentation with all the developments disappears without a trace. The FBI and police try to find suspects among the researchers. Eddie and Lily are the first to fall under suspicion. Now all they have to do is try to get to the truth on their own.
