Raccoon City is a city, something like a large industrial metropolis, built on the example of American cities. The city is fully controlled by the Ambrella Corporation. And almost all citizens somehow work in a global corporation. A terrible virus discovered by scientists in the first film, somehow gets into Racoon City. Panic begins. People are trying in every possible way to leave the city. The virus spreads with terrible speed. Some special units are trying to deter unmanaged crowds of people. This is where the fun begins...
