Peyton Westlake is a scientist who works on the creation of artificial human skin. However, he did not manage to complete his research, because his beloved didn’t please the big financial magnate very much and it was Peyton who had to answer for that. His laboratory is blown up, his partner is killed, and Peyton himself is also considered dead. Peyton, disfigured and badly burned, goes to the hospital, where, after his thalamic path is cut through, he no longer feels any pain. After that, he manages to escape, rebuild his own laboratory and re-start research. Now Peyton is going to replace his affected skin artificially, as well as to avenge all offenders.
