Professor Sherman Klump suffers from excessive fullness. But since he is in love, he decides to conduct experiments on himself to get rid of excess weight. Thanks to the drug, he turns from a kind and ridiculous fat man into a brazen ladies' man. Now two opposing persons are struggling inside the scientist, who must find out which of them to remain.
