Successful young architect Frank Bannister in a car accident lost his wife Debra. Since then, he began to see spirits of the dead. He signed a contract with three ghosts: the Judge, a bespectacled Stuart and black Cyrus. These spirits make the defeat in the apartments of the future "customers" of Frank. Then for a certain amount, it "throws" the demons away from the apartments. In the town meanwhile, strange events happen: people die from severe compression of the heart. Trying to stop the chain of murders, Frank goes on the trail of a Ghost, who was executed in the electric chair.
