A conflict between two competing Police academies is brewing in the city. When the governor of the state decided to cut funding for police training, it was decided to close one of the two existing academies. Now the Lassard institution, in which old acquaintances Mahoney, Jones, Hooks, Hightower and Tackleberry work as instructors, is fighting for existence with the academy under the leadership of their longtime enemy, Lieutenant Mauser, who, with his henchman Proctor, is trying in every possible way to put a spoke in the wheels of the Lassard Academy. But Mahoney and company already know how to neutralize this couple.
