During the next secret operation, one of the best CIA agents, Bill Pope, dies. He is unable to complete his mission, which means that the whole world is in danger. The intelligence department does not receive the necessary information, and in order to correct this, the management decides to take extreme measures. The authorities give permission to conduct a genetic experiment with the brain of the deceased. To identify the most important information that Pope received before his death, his memories are implanted in the brain of a prisoner who has absolutely nothing to lose. Thus, the dangerous criminal Jerico Stewart becomes the only chance for the successful completion of the secret mission.
