Intergalactic criminal Boris the Animal escapes from the Lunar prison and is now going to back to the past to kill his enemy - agent K. More than forty years ago, agent K deprived off Boris's arm and arrested him. Soon, agent K disappears, only agent J remembers him alive, for everyone else it is officially dead since 1969. Agent J guesses that the escaped Boris is somehow involved in this event. Soon a race of alien invaders, to which Boris belongs, begins a massive invasion of Earth, as a protective device due to the death of K was not installed. J decides back to past after Boris. Now he has only 24 hours to stop the villain.
